Documents lodged with Companies House reveal that six businesses connected to Sarah Ferguson are in the process of being wound up.

The former Duchess of York serves as director for all six firms, which face removal from the official register within 10 days unless a legal objection is raised.

The nature of these companies’ operations remains largely unclear, though records indicate one was involved in public relations work while another operated in retail.

None of the businesses appears to have been particularly active commercially, with most classified as dormant entities showing minimal recent trading activity.

The company closures come amid damaging allegations contained within the Epstein files, which appear to have exposed the extent of Ms Ferguson’s financial pressures.

Email correspondence between Ms Ferguson and Jeffrey Epstein alleged she sought the convicted paedophile’s guidance on managing debts totalling £6million while he remained incarcerated in Florida for soliciting prostitution from a minor.

The files appear to show Ms Ferguson confided in Epstein about feeling desperate regarding her monetary troubles, telling him she was about to “freak with exhaustion” and relying on him for emotional support during this period.

Being named in the Epstein files does not indicate any misconduct. Ms Ferguson and her ex-husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, have always denied wrongdoing.

The six firms facing dissolution are S Phoenix Events, Fergie’s Farm, La Luna Investments, Solamoon Ltd, Philanthrapreneur Ltd and Planet Partners Productions Ltd.

All were established more than 10 years ago, and none maintain any public profile.

Company listings show that five of the businesses contain an “application to strike the company off the register”, meaning they will cease trading and no longer exist.

For S Phoenix Events, Ms Ferguson herself is recorded as the individual who authenticated the strike-off application on the company’s behalf.

Ms Ferguson remains the sole director for each of the firms being closed.

The disgraced former duchess continues to hold active directorships at three other companies registered with Companies House.

These include Ginger and Moss, a lifestyle brand selling tea, jewellery and housewares, alongside a film production company called Coat and Librasol, which is categorised under artistic creation.

Records from late last year show Ms Ferguson formally amended her registered details across all her companies, changing her name from Sarah Duchess of York to Sarah Margaret Ferguson.

Reports of the former duchess’s financial struggles have circulated for years, but the release of Epstein’s correspondence files has appeared to show the true scale of the pressure she faced.

A spokesman for Ms Ferguson has been contacted for comment by GB News.
