In episode 6, Walton Goggins’ The Ghoul was impaled on a poll and on the verge of losing his mind when he was rescued by a shadowy figure who wanted to recruit him for an upcoming war. The character in question was voiced by Hellboy star Ron Perlman, and a brief glimpse of his face confirmed that he’s a super mutant.
