As travel editors, we get to cover a lot of ground—and we don’t just mean miles, but all the proximate joys that come along with life on the road, from the restaurants we’re dining at to the books we’re reading on the plane. This March, the editors at Condé Nast Traveler are trying a bit of everything, from horseback riding and whale-watching excursions to cutting-edge skin treatments at longevity clinics—all the while keeping up with Ryan Murphy’s Love Story. Below, what our editors across our London and New York City desks are loving this month.

    Olivia Morelli, digital features editor

Despite the fact that everyone who knows me is already bored stiff of me going on about the fact that I’m getting married this year, the closer we get to the date, the more unbearable I become. This weekend is my bachelorette, and while I don’t currently know where I’m going or what I’ll be doing, I’ve still managed to talk about it non-stop. I’ve been doing all the necessary beauty prep in the lead-up—mani-pedis, blow-dries, LED masks, hydration sachets—and sourcing (too many) outfit options. It’s quite tricky to pack when you don’t know what to expect, so I’ve borrowed this wide-legged, strapless Nobody’s Child jumpsuit from a friend, bought these New Balance sneakers, and dug out anything vaguely white from the depths of my wardrobe.

After this weekend, I’m looking forward to spending the rest of the month hiding away from this horrendous rain that doesn’t seem to be letting up. I’ve set myself a rather ambitious reading goal for 2026, and I’ve got a big pile of books racking up on my bedside table. I’ve just finished The Safekeep, an unexpectedly thrilling debut novel by Yael van der Wouden about a reclusive woman and her family in 1960s Netherlands, which completely took me by surprise in the most wonderful ways. Next up on my list is I Regret Almost Everything, a memoir from New York–based restaurateur Keith McNally, kindly loaned to me from a colleague. And, since romantic dramas set in the English countryside seem to be a big theme this year, I’ve also got plans to see Wuthering Heights, and have been binge-watching the latest Bridgerton series.

I’ve also got a few London date nights on the horizon—both with my fiancé (trying to make sure we’re still making time for each other amidst the wedmin madness) and with my friends. I finally visited Nina, an Italian spot in Marylebone serving up platters of fresh pasta and chicken Milanese the size of my head. For dessert, we devoured the stracciatella burnt cheesecake, which was the creamiest, most decadent dish of the lot. Next up, I’ve got my eye on Cafe Kowloon in London Fields, and new Columbia Road entry Tiella Trattoria.
