Actor Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli have reportedly found a buyer for their Hidden Hills mansion, per TMZ. After about 28 years of marriage, news of the couple’s separation made headlines earlier this month. The Full House star and the fashion designer bought the contemporary California abode for $9.5 million in 2020, shortly before serving their months-long prison sentences for the Varsity Blues college admissions scandal. The pair listed the 12,000-square-foot pad for $17.5 million in February 2024. Though the transaction is still currently under contract, the offer is estimated at around $15 million, per People.
The modern farmhouse-style dwelling, located at a quiet cul-de-sac in the celeb-beloved LA enclave, boasts six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Its primary bedroom suite comes complete with a fireplace, two bathrooms, and picturesque mountain views. Luxury amenities include a fully-equipped gym, a plush gray home theater, a chef’s kitchen, and a glass-lined wine cellar across from a formal dining room. The backyard features an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit lounge area, a bocce ball court, and a rectangular pool with a spa.
In 2024, Loughlin and Giannulli made landscaping updates to the home. While demand for homes in the area is already hot, the couple aimed to draw more interested buyers with fixes to the dwelling’s grounds. Among the recent renovations are a number of bushes added to fill out the front yard as well as a handful of mature olive trees, which now line the front entrance path.

Though “there are no legal proceedings at this time” in regards to the couple’s separation, Loughlin’s representative Elizabeth Much told People, the two are “living apart” and are “taking a break from their marriage.” The two are rumored to be residing in separate homes. Loughlin is reportedly in Los Angeles while Giannulli is reportedly staying in Sun Valley, Idaho.
